Sales inquiry

As experts in digital advertising to doctors, we can help you tackle the following challenges

1. New drug launch (including pre-launch activities)

Launching a new drug is a multifaceted challenge. From creating anticipation to ensuring precise targeting, the journey demands a strategic approach. Many advertisers struggle to effectively engage doctors in pre-launch activities, missing out on the opportunity to build momentum. At Mediately, we've tailored a solution to directly address these challenges.

As a part of pre-launch campaign, we support you with:

  • Publishing guidelines in the tool/education tab
  • Poll
  • Native article
  • Education (peer-to-peer)

For a bigger boost after launch, you can use:

  • News
  • Newsletter
  • Banner L
  • CME
  • Education (webinar)
  • Article

2. High competition

The key to success in high competition is to combine creativity, personalization, and technology to create a compelling and differentiated advertising strategy. Timely and targeted communication ensures that your message stays top-of-mind amid the competitive landscape.

Stand out among your competitors with:

  • CME
  • Banner L
  • Workshop
  • Ad in drug details page
  • Search ad banner
  • In-app message

3. Building disease awareness

Building disease awareness can be challenging due to regulatory constraints and information overload. Overcoming this requires a strategic, long-term approach that focuses on providing valuable information. Best practices emphasize educational content and interactive materials that help doctors stay informed. The key is to deliver real-time data insights to create early awareness among key opinion leaders.

The best way to achieve that:

  • Article
  • CME
  • In-app message
  • Banner in tools / sponsored tool

4. Push specific info to a group of doctors

Besides all the above you might also want to share some other info with your target audience. Might be info about a clinical trial, product information, access to support programs, treatment guidelines, events, or even a poll. You can do that very targeted. What's important is that your content is relevant.

Options are several, we can help you choose the one that will best work with your message:

  • In-app message
  • Newsletter
  • News
  • Poll (to understand doctors better)

Q & A

Where does the link from the banner lead?

The banner link can be an external link, provided by the advertiser. It can be your website, tool, landing page, PDF, or anything else. On top of that, we can add another link below the banner that will lead to SmPC.

How do you target?

For each advertising option, we can set up your target group. We do target advertising by country and specialization (not limited).

How much are tools and CMEs used?

As the number of users and usage is constantly growing, the best option to see up-to-date information is in Mediately Insights - our analytics tool, that provides you with insights about your target audiences, including the most frequently searched drugs in your country, top searches by specialization, number of active Mediately App users and app usage frequency. Sign up free of charge. If you can’t find the required answers there, contact our sales team and they will provide a report for you.

How do the users know that you have a new tool/CME in the App? Do you do any promotions?

When a new CME or tool is added to the app, a red circle appears next to the tab and then next to the added tool/CME.

To get the best results, we promote tools among our users. Depending on the tool, we choose the right combination of communication channels to reach the target audience. The most common channels to promote tools are emails, push notifications, and stories. To get more exposure, we can also add a banner or in-app message.

Why don't I see ads?

Most of our advertising options are highly targeted to deliver content to the right audience and achieve better results. You don’t see any ads, because you are not registered as a doctor of specific specialisation and we don’t have any general content for a user of your profile.

Can I also advertise something else than drugs?

Of course, you can also advertise something else, as long as the content is relevant to the audience. We have examples of advertising medical equipment and recruiting options.

What do doctors do in the app?

Drug search remains our most used app feature. As we offer tools/CME, which are specific for some specializations, we can see some differences, when it comes to app usage. On top of this, we have launched also our most requested feature - interactions checker.

How long does it take to develop a tool?

The development time for a tool depends on the tool's complexity. The average time for development is 1-3 months.

Will I get a report after the campaign?

Of course. After each campaign, our sales representative will provide a report for you to see how successful your campaign was.
